Rental Property Overseer
We can help assist you with your personal rental property needs with
timely “look overs” to trouble shoot any future problems. We can call
for services and act as your liaison between you and your tenants. There
by saving you costly time and prices of property mangers that use their
own service providers and maintenance crews. Use us on a weekly, bi-
weekly, or monthly basis. It’s up to you to determine the amount of
time to fit your budget.

We help with small events up to 100 people.
A la Carte Prices
There is a minimum of a one hour charge for all
services completed. Fees are then calculated by 15 minute intervals
after the first hour; for example a service that cost $35- and takes one
hour and 15 minutes will cost $43.75.
Payment is same day by cash or Paypal.
One time services are limited to the following:
Waiting Services-$35/Hour
Personal Shopping Services-$40/Hour
Travel Arrangements-$40/Hour
Entertainment-$35/Hour
House Sitting Services-$35/Hour
Home Arrangement & Coordination-$50/Hour
Special Occasion & Event Planning -$50/Hour
Errands- $50/Hour (Arrangements must be made in advance.)
**Outside Office Services are usually performed from 8:00am- 4:00pm
Monday through Friday. Cancellation of services must be made 24
hours in advance. Cancellations under 24 hours can be assessed a
$20.00 fee. A fee of $30.00 will be assessed for returned checks. Service
requests that are dangerous, unreasonable, questionable, or illegal will
be denied.**
